Default Ej20g 3 cylinders?

I have a swapped gc8, with an ej20g. Sometimes i will start my car up and it will randomly only run on 3 cylinders. I can either drive down the street and it will stop. Or it will sputter so bad it will stall. I have changed the spark plugs numerous times. I talked to someone from garage tuning and they said it could be my plug wires. If so what spark plug wires does an ej20g take. Its coil on plug i guess. Another problem i have is that my radiator fans are permanetly on. When i start the car from a cold start the on, always, hot cold it doesnt matter. Im wondering why this is? My car never gets to operating temp so it runs very rich and i get **** mileage. Im running link ecu if that means anything.

lmk ej20g gurus.

first off your car dosent have plug wires. It has coilpacks. You might want to check and see if all those are wired right or if one has taking a crap. Then change your spark plugs. Fan wise it sounds like you have them wired wrong.
