Default Dyno day extension 3 days long? info gathering please post

Due to super high demands of this meet and the limited time constraints though i didn't want to extend it to 3 days i might have to. It's a HUGe inconvience for me but its to make it so every subby can attend and so that within the 2 days of there was a problem with one or anothers car we won't be stretched to our necks in time.

with three days I could fit the extra people in and spread the cars out thinner so tuner will have shorters days and we'll just have more overall time for tuning and problem solving.

So here is a list of the few things that will happen if it went to three days.

-hotel accomodation longer for me and the tuner (i'd have to be there all 3 days)
-this would increase prices slightly, but will be offset as more people will be pitching for flights
-I'd have to take even more time off work which = less money (tight for a up and coming university student that can't get a loan cuz his car is worth over $15,000 and has been working forever )
-I'd like to know if i extended it would it be better to extend it onto a friday or onto the monday for most of you
-Who's willing to acually stay the three days with me and hang out! though i think your all cool the more the merrier!

Please post letting me know what you think of all of these concerns and what not all in one post if possible. Then I can weigh it out and see how it goes and get a feel of everything and everyone opinions i just want it all to work out for everyone! Also if i missed anything regarding the few points mentioned above please let me know via a post or PM!

Cheers!

Edit: I know understand the need for a "trained" dyno driver.

Why do you have to be there all three days?

I think friday would be best if you have to extend it. Have edmontonians go friday/sat morning and cgy folks do friday afternoon/sunday. best compromise. and yeah, no need for you to be there 3 days... everyone is a grown up here... just give instructions and tell everyobne to follow them to the letter. I can be there for 3 days, no worries. I treating this a mini holiday anyway. I'll probably take the Friday and the Monday off.. just to play in my freshly tuned car!

the reason i have to stay there for each day because the tuner and the dyno people will relate only to one person. You know like to make decisions and changes and follow the schedule and just let people know how it goes. the organizer has to be there to keep things organized.

Vince, as compensation for you taking an extra day off work, I offer free evening entertainment in the form of me getting drunk and falling over while attempting to dance to trance music and waving glow sticks in the air. It really is quite spectacular!

I doubt I can make it the friday, from Calgary, just due to work etc,, sat/sun works best for the out-a-towners I would assume, as you mentioned Vincent

Why can't they communicate with pitwipe since he can represent both calgary and edmonton since he'll be there the whole time? And for the Edm guys, they only need arrive at their scheduled tuning time so they don't need to take the whole day off either. Perhaps break them into an afternoon and a morning session? JC

Vincent, I can be there Friday afternoon to make sure everything is going ok. Maybe an Edmonton member could be there Friday morning if required?

We need to book a camp site PDQ as well. The one that Jitenshaken recommended looks nice.

Acually Pee_sack It'd be convinient i there was one in calgary since we'd have a lot more people to host the tuner since we can fly him into calgary or edmonton.

If your going to extend it monday would be better for me. I can do friday as well but it would have to be as late on friday as you can cause I get off work friday morning at 8:30 am and then I have a 2 hr drive to the city.

Vincent, I'd be more than happy to go on Friday, anytime. Saturday is the only time that wouldn't work at all.
