Question new cobb vf39 maps for 06

the new maps are puting like 295 hp and tq to the wheels with only the sti turbo an sti intercooler on the 06 wrx. the stage 2 sti cobb only puts 277 hp at the wheels. i anxious to get the power, but what about damage/wear and tear on the motor. im thinking its gonna be very stressfull on the motor. iight you gurus, what do you think?

whatcha talking bout willis the VF-39 OTS map is rated at 276WHP, and wear and tear? I woudlnt worry about it too much its the 2.5 liter engine it can take it.

You may want to go back and look at the sti stage two 385 ft pounds wrx 340.

Nope. Cobb ots maps are extremely safe and conservative. Plenty of fuel, conservative timing, etc etc.

This thread sucks.
