Default 35mm offset on a WRX (18 x 8)

has anyone done this?

if so, what tires did you run?

i would imagine, if you want something that wide you'd just go 18 x 8.5 w/ the proper offset, no?

[a customer wanted this setup, just wanted to know if anyone has actually gone down this road]

that's basically a vw wheel on a suby.
