Pretty sure the only 5x114 bolt pattern is found on the SVX and '06+ STi.

I've been known to be horribly wrong, though.

I know the '05 is 5x100, and I doubt they've changed it.

You were mostly right

They started using the 5x114.3 on the STI's in MY05. The Tribeca's also use 5x114.3 with a 55mm offset.

Legacy, Impreza, Outback, WRX, 04 STI, Baja, Forester all use 5x100. Everything else has: SVX (5x114.3), Loyale/Leone (Covers all XT's with the 4 cylinder, all GL/DL/STD from 1975?-1994) (4x140), and Justy (4x100).

more or less, yah, +/- a few mm isn't gonna matter a whole lot.
