Default Already have ECUTEK, thinking about adding UTEC...

I've got a "tuned" ecutek reflash and was recently noticing some high EGT's and some jerking/hesitating in the lower rpms. I was considering tossing on the UTEC and tuning it with the Ecutek reflash. How would this work? Can I just hook up the UTEC and take it to the dyno and start making adjustments?

Would the current ecutek values be the 0 values on the utec?

I wouldn't really mess with anything besides the fuel and timing right or is there more with this combo?

Please do chime in.

I running this exact setup, EcuTeK Custom Tune TEK3 and UTEC over the top. Didn't have to do anything special and just worked first time.

0 values or -100/ECU in UTEC means the ECU has control hence your EcuTeK Tune.

You can ajust Fuel, Timing and Boost plus theres ther feature like launch control, spare solenoid for water spary etc.

Great combo...
