Default A/C problem

my 93 legacy L sedan ****box has 200k on it and I rebuilt the a/c pulley so I can have a/c... problem is that the compressor won't engage... I can put 12V to the clutch from the battery and it will engage but won't engage when the a/c button is turned on. The fan will not turn on when the a/c button is pressed. Any ideas? I'm thinking it's the compressor relay... where is it? And if anyone has any ideas if it's not the relay?

I'd go the with relay. Have you diassembled the HVAC controls to check the plug into the switch? Try running your multimeter through the switch to see if it works properly?
