With the recent spike in gas prices and my low income, I'm afraid I'll be passing for the foreseeable future.

Don't worry chris we won't tell her about all the times you sneak white bread into your food. She's just misguided, white bread is good for you

poultry is good too... I think Justine should refrain from making restrictions to other people's diet until she has taken at least one course in nutrition.

It is not so much about what you eat, but what you do with it.

Keep an active life style, go for walks/jogs/runs and you can stay in shape even if you eat rice or bread everyday

I probably won't be at wings again since I'll be climbing then walking my dog :P

Keep fit and have fun

Justine is just a misguided youngling who knows only what the television tells her. I second the suggestion that justine be barred from making anymore nutrition statements until she does a course!

I'm in. I'll be there by 7:15, I've gotta be out by 8:45. as I've got a long night of work ahead of me, as well as some course review for another job.

I hope I'm not going to dine alone

Health magazines huh

If magazines were right all the time, don't you think they'd phase out textbooks in schools and just get kids to subscribe to magazines. Wait.. let's just drop school altogether and send every kid subcriptions of magazines. Then they can go to job interviews and be like "I learned everything I know from magazines"

Wait.. did your sister learn kinesiology from magazines too?

I agree with Yan, seriously, magazines are so backwards, most of the time, they have no idea what the hell they're talking about. It really depends who it's written by, a random writer? bad. A random writer interviewing a specialist? still bad, there's possibility of misinterpretation and thus false deductions from statements made. A specialist? Decent cred.? Ya, okay, sure.

Same goes for car magazines, I can't even read most of that garbage in car & driver/import tuner/whatever, there's always such a heavy bias... Same way Clarkson on Top Gear is heavily opinionated, but the good thing about that show is they have other hosts who also voice their opinions making for an interesting debate, leaving you to make your own decisions...

Good times tonight. No mentions of magazines at any point! I broke the code and only ordered chicken strips, no wings.

Have to admit though, I miss the old days when we'd park at pho 99 and talk about cars and crap for hours.
