i paid $18000 for 2 years and end of this july
buy out is about $22000
i spent over $12000 for modding my wrx
how much i can get back??

Mods don't mean a whole lot unless you find someone who is looking for a car modded exactly like yours is. Even then, it doesn't mean a whole lot. As for your car itself, that's awesome mileage, but it's still nearly 3 years old (that's how potential buyers will be looking at it). Part out the mods, then you could probably get a few thousand more then your buyout for the car.

part it out and put it back to stock.to get more out of it.

but if take all parts out, i have to pay installtion fee also i don't keep all stock parts

now sell your mods and ask for a trade on their stock parts.

But really, you could also ask for cash + stock parts to get the car to stock. (^^ edit: just noticed you said the same thing)

IMO a stock car sells faster than a modded car.
