Nice. Looks like that run on the left could have been your best but it looks like you might have messed up the 2-3 shift briefly?

The run on the left I had worn out yoko es100s on stock wheels, the two on the right I had 7.5 rotas with p-nero zeros worn out and most of the interior removed. For some reason I got more wheelspin with the wider wheels, I think they are all seasons though

I don't know how it went for the OP, but for me it is a disaster. Definately upgrade your clutches or you'll burn them sooner than you expected. I don't usually launch hard, but this past saturday, I tried to launch a bit harder than usual and burned my clutch. I didn't check what rpms I launched but when I checked the video, I launched @ 5.5k, a bit extreme for stock clutch.

if you burned your clutch that bad then it means you held it in too long. the higher the rpm, the faster the slip should be.

You are 100% correct. I was doing fine till I decided to launch without checking my rpm's also with a passenger and blasting music LOL. I should have been more careful. Oh well here we go exedy clutch+flywheel.

how much did you end up paying for your gears total. Trying to get some prices before I make the move to either an even bigger turbo than the VF39 or just go for the new STi.

Its not that bad yet. After Saturday's attempt, I smelled clutch burn. I can feel the clutch slip when I try to push a bit on depart. (Not launch).

Thanks alot guys I appreciate the compliments, the clutch is awesome for the track, it gets me very consistent launches and its relatively new..installed last Oct. The weight removed was about 100 lbs. I also have a perrin y-pipe that I didnt list. Im planning on getting a perrin afta maf hose, hard inlet, apexi induction box and air filter since I have a ram air from the foglight hole, some headers, fuel rails, other misc. small stuff and then a custom tune at agile. Brakes and tires are on the list next though since Im in dire need.
