Thumbs down Stohlman Subaru in VA

Well, I must say that Stohlman Subaru and Scott greatly disappointed me. I read reviews on this forum that said Scott and Stohlman Subaru Service department was a great place to go, and I must STRONGLY disagree.

I called for an appointment to bring my car in to check some rattling that is happening underneath my 99 RS, and so I dropped it off this morning before 9am. I called to see if they had gotten to it yet (it is 3:30pm) and Scott asked if he could keep it overnight. Umm, no, I am leaving tomorrow morning on a trip. It appears Scott got slammed. What then is the use of having an appointment?

Ridiculous. I walked from the dealership to work... for no reason... happy birthday. I sure hope the rest of my day does not follow suit. Yeah, it is my birthday, I am 28 and already planning my letters to the dealership and SOA. Take my advice and take your car up to MD for service. Tischer might be a long drive, but they understand customer service.

I should never have been led to believe that Stohlman service would be any better then their lying salesmen.
