Hey what's with the tape over the lights? I've seen this before but don't understand it. What is the reasoning behind it?

tape is to prevent excess debris on the track in case your lens gets cracked while racing...

sweet, u can see half of my itr. that day was sure fun. first time on a real track. it was so sweet.
