OMGHi2U FS WRB Kaminari Wing & Trunk

Hello,

I'm going to take the plunge and go wingless.

I'm looking for $500 for the wing.

Vincent,

I'd take a WRB painted RS trunk and a bit of cash too...

sorry to barge into this thread. but run a roof rack like a yakima or whatever... i used to hate havin my bike behind the veichle. there a lot easier to load as you can stack them side by side and not have to worry about pedals swinging into each others frames or shocks or whatever.

I have a Thule, but the wing hits the back of the bike trays and the skis when you pop the trunk. This means I ALWAYS open my trunk with my key.

I am here, and believe me, everytime I look at this thread it makes me want it even more. As I sit right now I really can't justify spending money on the wing, I would rather get my exhaust system purchased and my accessport.

It hurts everytime I look at this thread.

I was debating picking it up and selling my STi wing but I have bigger fish to fry ATM. I mean how many wings do I really need in my garage anyway... lol

I thought you might say that!

EDIT: Maybe if it doesn't sell quickly and we have time we could pop it on and I can decide if I like it. If not, off it comes. Not sure how you feel about that though.

To avoid accidentally scratching anyone's trunk we could just pop trunks on and off. All in I think it'd take 30 minutes from start to finish.

K, maybe we'll try that. I'll be doing brakes sometime this weekend if you want to stop by.

I'm out of town Saturday (most of the day) which will leave me squeezed for time on Sunday, but I'll see if it can work.

We'd have to figure timing out as I don't exactly have a replacement sitting around right now, and with your 17 hole trunk it's not a straight swap from my 4 hole trunk.

It's a matter of matching paint fades (if required).

yeah, mine may be a bit faded for sure. There is also a tiny tiny blemish on the wing but it will work for a few weeks until you get a wingless trunk.

EDIT: Even if I don't buy yours, you can always borrow my spare if it helps you to sell yours.

EDIT2: Does anyone know how to make the trunk adjust a little... mine doesn't seem to line up perfect... noone else would notice but you know how it is when you can see it...
