Default Radar Detector Placement

Its sorta an OT question, *or a noob one *but Where would you say was the best place to put a detector for a Sti?

i put mine in the bottom right corner so you cant see the wires or anything and it seems to work just fine and dandy.

I kept it right under the mirror. As long as it's not blocked by the scoop it's fine.

Higher up if you want to increase radar detection. Lower if you want to increase laser detection. Usually, if you get hit by laser you're caught anyway so I have my V1 in line with the rear view mirror (and a little to the side for the rear antenna):
