Default Subaru XT Turbo?

Hello folks,

Ok here is a question for you super Sube Tech's out there.

I found a 86 XT Turbo. Will I be able to use this turbo on a 2001 RS. I am in the planing stages of a DIY turbo kit.

Don't panic I have a good grasp on the subject and a very good assistant in the project.

However neither of us are too familiar with this XT car. I can get any parts I need off of it for $100. So let me know what you think.

Thanks folks.

You'd probably want something a little bigger than the turbo on the XT..... But, if you went with the XT's turbo, it probably needs a little TLC (rebuild)
