Angry ST-X???

What the flaming hooty-hoo is Soob thinking!!! Have they gone completely mad. Maybe this site... http://www.irvinesubaru.com/stxupdate.htm is a joke, God save us if its not. Why would Soob do this to us actually build the ST-X? Why can't they build a B4 or a Blitzen but NOOOOO they have to go and dump millions into this!
Well on the bright side we might end up with a reliable source for superchargers the will fit the 2.5L engine. If it takes putting up with looking at the ST-X everytime I go into a Soob dealership for the price of a factory developed and produced super-charger designed for the EJ25 well that might be worth it! Not to mention Inter-cooled!

It's actually pretty nice in person, i saw it at the SEMA show.

This thing caters to Subaru's image in the USA. Like it or not, they go where the money goes.

I don't think the production version will be supercharged. The one on the concept was a one-off by some company in Michigan, IIRC. Now, maybe a 2.5 turbo... I could see them going that route. Wouldn't take much, really.

May be the H-6 since it's already in production?

Unhappy

I did not think that Soob had the production ability to keep up demand for the H6??? That is why it is not available on the GT Leg. I could see them developing some forced induction for the EJ25. According the the latest Automobile Magazine there is a Chevy concept vehicle with a turbocharged 2.5 L horizontally opposed boxer engine. HHhhhhmmmmmm. Does that block sound familar to anyone???
