Question Anyone Figured Out How to Get Full Navigation Functionality While Moving?

Curious about whether anybody's figured out how to use all of the Subaru Navigation System functions while the vehicle is in motion. I'm really annoyed that so much Navi functionality is disabled while moving, even when there's a front seat passenger available to operate the system.

It seems like interrupting the vehicle speed signal to the Navi might work. If the Navi realizes it's still moving fast via GPS, I could just spread a sheet of aluminum foil over the top of the dash above the instrument cluster where the GPS antenna is.

Or maybe somebody's discovered an Easter Egg thing, where you go to a particular function and press the screen where no button is displayed?

Anyone?

You could just try one click on the parking brake. I guess it tricks it into thinking its parked in Neutral. The brake light on the dash stays on but I guess you can watch DVDs up front too while driving.

Little tip I got from the Dealer. I just dont have DVD or like that light.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE THE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT MODULE IS!!!!!

You can touch the screen and then touch and scroll to areas and then touch to input that area you scrolled to as a waypoint or destination or something-starts the nav to that point.
I was driving trying to find an open house and did something like that once.
