I effing LOVE my bike! (Or, "I like to ride my bicycle, I like to ride my bike...")
So the wifey and I got some new Treks a few months ago (nothing super-spectacular -- just a pair of 3700's -- but we love 'em), and I'm riding it everywhere. Previously, I hadn't ridden a bike since I was like 13. I just went to go grab some dinner at a place we frequent that's a couple of miles from here, so rather than take the car, I rode my bike there instead. I feel like a kid again. Hopefully if I can keep it up, I won't be a fatty-fat-fatty much longer.
Yay for bikes!

I haven't been on my bike for a week now. I'll be hitting up Kanawha State Forest on Saturday though.

I just bought a beater on craigslist about a month ago, and hardly ever drive my car anymore! Bikeriding rocks. Now I'm extra careful about locking the garage so my forty dollar bike doesn't get ripped off... wtf?  |
