How did you guys negotiate below dealer invoice price? I'm in the process of ordering one next week and I would like to know any tips you may have.

Thanks!

I got quotes from every single dealer in the state, then played the game of having every dealer bid against each other for my business.

Those are some great prices on the 06's. I paid $30,800 (invoice) for my 05, I guess that was alright at the time when there werent so many around.

Get an online quote from Mastro Subaru in Tampa, then take that quote to every car dealer in South Florida and have them match it. That's what I did.

Blue book on an 04 with 4,600 miles in excellent condition is only $25,865. I wouldn't pay more than 24k for that considering you can get a used 05 or even a used 06 for just a couple grand more.
