Looks interesting.

What kind of racing do you plan to do? Any worries about the intercooler blocking airflow to the radiator?

While I'm sure you've spent quite a bit of money it seems on such a car, I have to ask to what end are you building it?

I mean what is this being built to compete in? Is it going to be a competition piece? It seems like an awful lot of money and time is being invested in a car that might do a few street rips.

Its first and foremost a road car - but obviously it has been built with 1/4 mile, top speed and short handling track stuff in mind ( i dont know if you guys are familiar with the UK ten of the best competition).

Its a rolling showcase of what Roger Clark motorsport can do, and what you can buy off them in the future.

Hi Mark, there will be a full spec sheet prepared by Matt, with a bit of a write-up and some more detailed pics to post on here when the car is finished. Should be in the next couple of weeks.
Are you coming to the NBO on Sunday? If so, see you there.

Aha! First one to spot it. Well done Steve. All the wiring looms are custom made for this car. The engine wiring loom is completely separate and that's where the military spec plug comes in. So if you want to lift the engine you can just unplug it without disturbing anything else. Makes for a quick job.

Hi Nick,I"II ask Matt about that swirl tank question, the goals are,as my friend Marky Mark has said to showcase RCMs workmanship, drag racing, and some track work, but having built the Icelandic drag car last year it seemed the thing to do,and having the classic shape car with the WRC body kit, what a nice thing to build a demo car from.
