Uncomfortable seats

Is it just me or these seats are uncomfortable? I liked the WRX seats would they fit in my car? If not anyone swapped out their seats and what did you replace it with, thanks.

I've seen pics of one guy's Forester here in the US and several in Japan that have swapped out the STi seats. Look REAL nice. Other than that, try either (a) anything that fits the Impreza but can use your OEM tracks & mount (different height) or (b) try a search on this forum because we discussed this last week.

I remember that thread but I don't remember anyone saying they swapped it for WRX seats.

Yes, my wife and I agree, uncomfy seats. especially on longer drives. I looked at the frames. Pretty straight forward. I haven't had the time I was hoping but "soon" I'm going to pull one of the seats and see how its attached. I've got a set of Recaros sitting in my garage that bolt up with 6 bolts.

there is a Subie junk yard in southern PA, if I get a chance I'll see if they have any wrecked foresters, if so and the seats are cheap enough I'll get a set and just remove them from the frames and then make fabricate some sort of adapter to bolt on the Recaros.

I contacted my local Recaro dealer and they do not offer any frames at this time. The side airbag light may require a certain oHM resistor to turn it off.

When I get this sorted I'll definately post info.
