Question When is the next Vendor going to be grilled?

Both Cobb Tuning and ourselves have been Grilled.
Who's next?

You should call them "vendor roasts" like the old dean martin roasts. And i should buy some parts from these better ones so that i can participate

I think TRI sounds good, I tried to order a T-shirt from them and finally ended up getting my money back 7 months later

Yes the I-club and it's members are a tough crowd. We're picky and impatient. But I have seen more than once when a customer jumps the gun and rants and raves about how bad a vendor is when they haven't given the vendor a fair chance to resolve the situation. I know how hard it is to keep a good reputation and easy it is to keep a bad one in business. A lot of personal problems with vendors need to be kept professional and private. I understand that if a vendor/dealer is repeatedly treating customers in an unprofessional manner then the word needs to get out. A good idea would be to have a dedicated poll section with every registered vender. No messages allowed just an on going poll for each one. That would end all the slander, name calling, and misrepresentation. Vendors will not make it very far if they are trying to cater to subaru owners and don't give them the best service and goods. They know this, and it would be hard to believe that they disregard it.

Have fun, drive hard.

After working in sales for 2 summers I know its really hard to please a client. I worked in a hardware store and people asked to have certain things delivered. Lets say it 10am, I tell it'll be delivered by 1pm, they jump and scream yelling at me that they need it now. They say they are good customers that they always buy at your store, and they buy alot of mechandise, when actually they bought about 30$ in lumber. Anyways, I'm usually quite understanding when it comes to dealing with vendors, but don't lie to me and don't push your luck! If your honest I don't give trouble, but some people just love bashing others, they never worked in sales.

Speaking from a vendors point of view We did not open a business to cheat or be rude to our customers. We all open our business because we love the sport, and we love what we do. There will be times when we are not what our particular customer expects, and we do make mistakes, but all in all, we are in this business to bring the best in aftermarket products to our customers and try our best to please them the best we can.

This would be WAY too easy Alan! I'm trying to think of something you're done RIGHT so far!!!

J/K of course.

I've actually heard some very positive things, even from some of your known 'difficult' customers. Keep up the good work!
