No, look at your stocker and piece the new one together. Take off the pax side wheel and remove most of the clips holding the fender liner on.
Un bolt the large nut in the top of your fender, the two bolts holding the stock filter box on, the 2 screws holding the air sensor on and replace with all the new parts. I f you got a true CAI your filter will be inside the fender well facing toward the front.
Good luck.

First off, wrong forum...

Second, Have you read the intake faq?

Third, If you can't figure out how to install an intake, maybe you should reconsider working on your car.

I'm gonna help you out here unlike the last guy cause I installed my own cold air intake. Honestly it is a pain in the ass so get a friend to help if possible. Basically you have to jack up the car, get underneath, and pull open the fender well. However, if you can take off the entire fender it is much easier. PM me if you have more questions. There should be installation instructions on AEM's website or maybe they can email it to you.

TASQ, Im not flaming you on this by no means, but man give the kid a break. He is just trying to learn, we have all been down that road.
Cut him some slack. Thats the only reason that I went as deep into his post as I could without rewriting the entire instruction thread.

tasq does have a valid point though. CAI's have not been the best thing for wrx's and have known to give you trouble (unabomber faq). its called tough love haha. just read up before you shell out. and always remember
