Default Anyone here work at Herb Gordon Subaru?

Just wondering if anyone here works in the service department at Herb Gordon Subaru in Silver Spring, MD.

My car has been there since the second day of June trying to get fixed & instead of having the car back to me this past Monday or Tuesday like they said at the end of last week, they're now saying it's gonna take another few weeks.

No sheet metal damage to the body, just replacing the front bumper & bolt on parts to the rear passenger side (strut, control arms, wheel). Most of it had been completed last week, but they had to order parts again, which arrived earlier this week.

Just seeing if anyone here can help me out & why it would take this long. thanks!

It can be hard to get parts for newer vehicles if it is not something that was in high demand. Backordered parts can often take a few weeks to receive as they are imported from Japan. The body shop that you are working with should be able to answer these questions for you and you as the customer have the right to know what is taking longer than expected. Don't hesitate to ask questions man!
