Default Detailing Experiences

Has anyone gone to a professional detailer to get their cars detailed? If so, what were your experiences like with what company? Two of the top of my head is Ziebart and Ming Shine but I've never dealt with them.

Went to a guy off Southland and Macleod.

I haven't had many good experiences with shops, so over the past while I've slowly been learning to detail my car myself. It's a fun way to spend a nice morning on the weekends. Quite relaxing actually.

There's a guy in the bottom of the Sun Life Plaza parkade (east tower) that does an awesome job.. don't remember his name or prices, but he did my friend's Integra and another Z4 of a coworker's.

go to this website:

http://www.autopia.org/

and learn how to do it yourself. some great information on that site, and it's so much more worth it in the end when you step back from your car, see how good it looks, and you can go "damn. i did that" --that's a great feeling.
