Saturday Regional only Entry Fees SCCA Members: $25 Non-Members: $35 (Welcome!) Save money, pre register. -You must be on site and registered no later then 9:00 AM -If you want to race on both days please write DIV or Divisional in the comments section. If you want to run just Saturday only leave the comments blank or write SAT or Saturday. -No late registration unless you have a mechanical break down or accident. Cell # 303-349-7861 Winter Park schedule Friday July 7th Course set up 4:00 - 6:00 PM Course open for walking 6:00 - 8:00 PM Early registration: 6:00 - 7:00 PM Saturday July 8th Registration 8:00-9:00 AM Tech inspection: 8:00 - 9:30 AM Course open for walking 8:00-9:30 AM Drivers meeting: 9:30 AM Course drive through: 9:45 AM Racing starts: 10:00 AM Each car gets 3 runs Lunch break: 1:00 - 2:00 PM Each car gets 3 runs in reverse direction Regional competition ends, results and clean up 5:00 PM Night course set up 6:00 PM Dinner Break 6:00-8:00 PM Drivers Meeting 8:00 PM Course drive through 8:15 PM Racing starts 8:30-10:00 PM Each car gets 1 run and two laps. Start order is by class SSR, SSF, SSA, RPR, RPF, RPA, M2 and M4 in reverse order in each class of Regional finishing times. Sunday July 9th Course open for walking 8:00 - 8:30 AM Drivers meeting 8:30 AM Course drive through 8:45 AM Racing starts 9:00 AM Each car gets 4 runs in one direction. Divisional ends, results announced, clean up 1:00 PM Have a safe trip home 2:00 PM Specific event rules: -All drivers must work. -Co drivers allowed with the exception of no co drivers who are registered Divisional competitors. -Street Stock classes will run and be classified with Rally Prepared during Saturday Regional. Street stock classes will run in their own class Saturday evening and Sunday. -Regional results will come from combined time of all six day runs on Saturday. -Divisional results will come from combined time of all eleven runs on Saturday and Sunday. Divisional winners will be declared “2006 Rocky Mountain Division Champions” for each class. -Tow fund will be paid out to all out of state competitors or those who have to travel more then 200 miles. Tow fund is based on $5 taken from each entry fee with a guaranteed minimum of $200 available. Tow fund will be divided equally among Divisional competitors at time results are announced. You must be present to receive tow money. -Penalties: Jump start 5 seconds, upright cone 2 seconds, pointer cone no penalty, missed gate 15 seconds, finish line cone 30 seconds, DNF slowest time in class on specific run plus 15 seconds, driver not working 5 minutes. Directions: Driving to Winter Park To get to Winter Park Resort from all points around the Denver area, find your way to I-70 heading West out of Denver. Follow I-70 West approximately 40 miles to Exit 232 to Winter Park, Empire and Granby. Follow Exit 232 onto Hwy 40 which will take you over Berthoud Pass (great photo ops) and to Winter Park/Mary Jane. Mary Jane’s Main entrance will be on you left. Mileage from Exit 232 to Winter Park is approximately 24 miles and Mary Jane 22 miles. Total mileage from Denver is 67 miles. Winter Park Resort is located at 239 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, Colorado 80482. Drive time from Denver is approximately 90 minutes. Course is the first parking lot on the left after entering road to Mary Jane. Pits are first parking lot on the right. Options form Wyoming: From Laramie I-80 to 230 South to 125 South to 40 South. From Rawlins I-80 East to 130 South to 125 South to 40 South. From Rock Springs I-80 East to 789 South to 13 South to 40 East.
