Default STi in USA?

from Motor Trend site:

Subaru WRX STi

The "WRX" moniker became mainstream this year as Subaru introduced the limited-production, high-performance Impreza variant to the U.S. market, incorporating the spirit, and a fair percentage of performance, from the race car that has been a dominant force in the World Rally Championship. A performance bargain with 227 horsepower, the WRX has a couple big brothers: the STi and STi Prodrive Style. Developed through Subaru Tecnica International, these more pure, more extreme cars feature 261-horsepower, turbocharged engines, track-ready suspensions, and Brembo brakes. Even though these compact sedans could shame most sports cars, they feature nicely finished interiors with race-style buckets, aluminum accents, stitched-leather trim, and available premium audio systems. If Mitsubishi brings a form of the Lancer Evo IIV to the States, don't be surprised to see Subaru counter with an STi model.
