I was going to do the same exact thing. But I have a new intercooler going in so I might be able to put my fogs back.

If you look at the 2.5i fog covers there are ridges in it. If he did it how I was going to do it. He either A. mounted them in the lower portion of the ridge. Or B. Drilled individual holes and mounted it on the back side of the cover.

Still curious as how he did them though.

That's what I thought it looked like, but I wasn't sure. Got any closer pics and/or description of how you did it?

they are LED strips from superbrightleds.com that i glued on to the covers. The wiring is pretty simple... you can just connect it to where you unplug the stock fogs. But something was wrong with mines so I ran wire into the fuse box inside and tapped power from there, and connected a switch to turn them on and off.

Hello all of you. I have almost never posted on Nasioc, But here is my legacy. Not really stock. I have put a lot of work on it since I own it.

Here are the first pics I took of her, at this point, I had only done a few minor mods to it:

Complete sound system
Fogs light
Hid lights
Custom grill (yeah, I know it looks ugly)
Hella supertone horns
Axel-back exhaust from lachute performance
Bilstein JDM suspension
Brembo plain rotors with EBC green stuff pads
Rear corner lights JDM with the center garnish colormatched with VHT nightshades

Then I've gone through some heavier mods with my car:

STI ver.5 wheel set
Hella 500 driving lights
Auto to Stick conversion
Mudflaps
Painted the inside of my headlights
Redid my grill

Some pictures under daylight:

And finally with the forester steelies. It has a little police car kinda look.

Madmath nice work! Looks like you've put in a lot of time and consideration into your mods. The nightshade on the center garnish turned out nicely. That's awesome you have a winter suspension setup - looks burly.

madmath - Fill in your profile so people know where you are. And I agree with peugoby, some nice, well thought-out mods there. Now stop hitting things so you'll have fewer blemishes!

Here are the latest shots of my baby:

Off she goes to PIA to get the engine healthy again. I just haven't had time to pull it and fix anything since I spun a rod bearing 5 or 6 weeks ago on their dyno. I'm heading out of town for a month, so the car will be good to go when I get back.

And no, it's not my truck. Had to borrow that from a co-worker.

Yeah, I'll try to hit fewer things this following winter

You need to consider that this is a 300K Km car. I consider that those scratches are to a car what scars are to an old warrior

Anyways, next summer, I'll be riding on a set on UK17' and a drop on my JDM suspension set
