I think Patrick meant, why is there duct tape/aluminum foil/foil tape on the steering column right behind the steering wheel? I was kind of wondering the same thing.

It's a bandanna tied around the hub to cover up that ugly ribbed plastic thing.

It's a cool pattern, just can't really tell from the pics. I don't think it looks like duct tape or anything like that, but I can see that it's hard to tell exactly what it is.

I know you don't care, but I think it's utterly classless to put a sticker with an F-bomb on a car. I have no aversion to swearing - I'm in the ****ing Navy, for ****'s sake - but IMO there's zero need to put that sort of sticker on a car.

What brand is it? Is it leather? Pleather? Rubber? Is there a reason it's white, or were you just looking for something that wouldn't match anything else on the car?

But it's got hearts in it. Hearts are classy.

I don't know what brand the wheel is. A guy I know imported a bunch of them so I picked one up. It's wood. And if you didn't notice, it matches the shift knob. And it's white. What doesn't white go with?

Thanks. I would love to see more Legacies with cool wheels and lowered. It's boring seeing stock wheels from another subaru spray painted gold with maybe lowering springs on the car.

Don't lie Wiisass, you put the Diet Dr.Pepper can in there because it matches the streering wheel and shift knob.

And only have like 3 posts lol. I'm going the aggressive path but I don't know what I can get away with without coilovers.

Well it is important that you make try and have more stuff that matches.

There will be more than 3 posts. But the number of posts talking about wheel bearings blowing instantly with lower offset wheels will greatly outweigh the number of sweet looking legacies.

So the ones that go for about $70 shipped on Ebay? And when you say you cut off 1.5", do you mean that it extended back towards the tire too far so you cut it off at the front edge of the wheel well?
