thats.... pretty sick.

im gonna go with RB's for my OBS. just for the thickness-cost ratio. i dont mind them nt being UR, i had the rally armor basics on my legacy wagon and i loved them. im not really a fan of the floppyness of the URS

Well a good reason for getting em is them dragging on the floor when coming in and out of my garage and the driveway has a steep approach when it snows the UR's dont hold on to the snow as much.

Changed the suspension on the Lego over the last week from KYB AGX w/ Eibach Pro springs to BC Racing BR Type coilovers & swapped from Hankook Ventus R-S3 tires to Hankook Ventus Z214 R-Comps just in time to have the car ready to race at our 2014 Northeast PA SCCA Solo Autocross (Event #1 & #2).

- Saturday I ended up with 1st in Street Modified on my very last run of the day. Raw Times put me in 10th overall out of 47 competitors. My prime competition was an '05 Legacy GT and an '04 Impreza STi.

- Sunday was a bit more of a challenge as the driver of the LGT & I were swapping fastest times back & forth. He edged me out by almost exactly 1 second. Raw Times put me in 16th overall out of 53 competitors.

Here's video my wife took of my Legacy over the weekend

Mod list? And what exhaust are you running? Love it. I think mine sounds similar but funnily enough I've never had someone else drive my car to record it, haha. Sounds meaty but when you really get on it it's not crazy loud.

Thanks for the feedback on the sound!
Here's a link to my build thread (lengthy but detailed). Mods list is buried within the first post as I keep it updated.

Great looking legacys in here my son just sold his 05 STi causing him a lot of headaches and he picked himself up a used 2013 Legacy with only 8,900 miles on it from his work (he works at a Subaru dealership). Hope to post some pics of his car he just bought rally armours and lamnix yellow fog overlays. Maybe do a shoot with my new 15 STi and my wife's 15 WRX cvt.

Normally just post on Legacygt.com but what the hell. Here's my rocketship of a legacy.

2005 Subaru Legacy GT
Color: Regal Blue Pearl
Miles: 92k

Modifications:
04 STI gold BBS Rims
JDM Spec B REV B Bilstein suspension
COBB front and rear sway bars

Perrin Turbo Inlet
Grimmspeed 3 port EBCS
whiteline front roll center and whiteline steering rack bushings
Perrin PSRS
Whiteline Front Inner Control Arm Bushings
Whiteline Front Heavy Duty Steering Rack Bushings
Whiteline Front Roll Center Kit
WBR Front mount intercooler
Blouch 20g-xt turbo
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Dual Hella Horns
EJ257 Short block conversion from an 04 STi (stock EJ255 Heads)
CP pistons
JDM 12MM oil pump
Cometic head gasket
Killerb Oil pickup Tube
Catted Cobb downpipe
Catless STi Uppipe
ACT clutch with flywheel from a 2008 WRX (the stock duel mass flywheel was awful)
Transmission snout (covers wear from stock but makes some noise)

Things to come: bigger wheels (18x9 I think), HIDs, better speakers, and eventually a 6 speed swap!

This happened last month... Any NYC locals with parts requests (mainly interior, glass) are welcome to PM me. The sti drivetrain and wrx engine are off limits for now. Brakes, doors are already gone. Both bumpers, trunk, hood, headlights, both fenders are toast.

yeah it sucks, but at least 1) nobody else was involved 2) I got out of it unscratched.

Long story short, missed my exit & tried to make it, I clipped a curb under heavy braking, the rear end started to fishtail, I was trying to catch it when I went over the curb again, hit the lightpole and at that point I was along for the ride. Front slid for another few hundred feet into a tree, airbags deployed - I walked away unscathed. There was small fire from the PS reservoir when it cracked during the impact but I was able to put it out with the extinguisher before any damage happened.
