Aken's Leg:

Me:

Legasti's Leg (in the corner! sorry dude, i thought i got a closer shot of your car)

i thought i had a couple pics of sybir's car too, but either i screwed up, or the camera did. not sure (sorry man!).

anyway, if you want to see all the other pics i shot, go here:

Darn...Jake beat me to the 1991 Legacy punch. I was going to say that I had the oldest car on here....Josh's 1990 Turned EJ22T is older than mine, but he hasn't posted yet . I'll still have the first Sandstone Metallic; the second coolest color next to Aegean Blue Metallic.

Anyways, I present to you: 1991 Subaru Legacy L+ AWD with 151k on the clock, sporting a new (well, not really) MAF.

That Hamilton meet has something that most meets today really lack....car diversity!!

Great turnout of different subies. All of your cars look great. I'll have an LGT someday. Until then, I have the closest thing to a Leg...an RS sedan.

Thanks

17x8 Rota Boosts, et48, with 235/40/17 Hankook Ventus RS2's. I love this setup, but it will only work if you're committed to rolling/pulling the crap out of your rear fenders and running a stiff suspension (no mods required in front, though.)

You can see how much they fill the fenders:

Looks perfect, Mike. How are you liking the Alcons compared to other aftermarket setups?

I can't really give an in-depth answer right now, as I want to get a couple more heat cycles into them. However, initial feel is much improved. The brake pedal is progressive, but engages quickly. Once engaged, the pedal is nice and firm (I'm using Prospeed GS610 brake fluid).

I can only compare this to the Brembos (with SS lines, Carbotech pads, and Motul RBF600) on my old STi, but this feels a lot better. The only downside is that I get a bit of pad "clunk" when I initially change directions (going from forward to reverse, or vice versa). I've had some people stare at me in parking lots, wondering what the noise was. However, these are track-ready brakes, so I anticipated some noise... I'll report back once I get to do some spirited driving/get the car on the track.

I originally ordered the StopTech front BBK, but the STaSIS kit fell into my lap after waiting 3.5 months for the StopTechs.
