Selling my WRX and getting something better.Still a Suby but not just any Suby.PICS

Well I have been putting the car back to stock over the past 2 weeks and it's time to start selling the aftermarket parts.I found a buyer for my 2002 Subaru WRX last week.I searched high and low for my next car.I wanted something unique, eye catching, and fast right out of the box.I wanted all of this and I wanted it to be a Subaru.Well for 2 weeks I've been working on the paper work for my new car.The problem is it's coming from Japan.They company who sold me the car has been really helpful and arranged the shipping for me as well. So far I only have $24k invested and that was shipping included as well.I'm so excited and can't wait for her to arrive.It's an STI but no just any STI.I included the link as well to the specs on the car.I can't say enough about www.japan-partner.com I'll be picking her up in 1 month in Miami,FL

Man I really wouldn't mind having a Legacy GT-B or a GC8 WRX, too bad they are all right hand drive.

To a degree but I'm having the paper work taken care of. It will go through international inspection upon arriving at the port in Miami.We are hauling it off the port grounds.Once we get to Tampa i'm driving it back to Alabama.My local courthouse has a list of things that has to be done, but in the long run she will be legal and still be right hand drive.

Shipping was $3000 but it's going to be well worth it.I have plans of this being a 600whp sleeper.

To a degree.It depends on the state you live in and the DMV's guidelines.I know people who live in California that have vehicles registered in Alabama.Plus the guys at japan-partner have given me some tips on what to do.Bottom line this car will be daily driven and it will be a legally registered here in the States.

hope it works out but things that come thru florida worry me. ive heard of men in suits showing up at the door and taking your car away because you played with the system. of course i hope this works out and is legit because i'd definately want to Rock one also. update us to what happens, how it goes.

I was talking to a guy that had a 2001 Skyline and I had to know where it came from.I wrote down everything he said. 3 months later I found what I was looking for.They have so many Suby's.They have Silvia's, Skyline's,Supra's,Chaser's,Soarer's etc....it goes on.I'll be taking detailed pics of the day of delivery and so on through the build up.

Eddie thats a real beautiful car you picked out. Theres another one on there without the wheels, I'm guessing completely stock.

But I'm so glad I found this thread, I might be able to own my dream after all and it will be a lot cheaper then expected.
