maintanence questions

I went to Richmond Subaru as most of you know... then I went to Specialty Subaru to double check and Stephen said that the car is not serviced when it hits 48,000 Km currently 64,000 so he said he can do it for me at $525. So I went home and start discussing with my bro and he said that he'll go look for a mechanic shop and ask them to service it for us. Now my question is:

Is there anyone that does this?

If so, how much?

I'm sure most any mechanic shop can do routine maintenance for you. But anyways there's a self-proclaimed Volvo-Subaru "specialist" shop down near Venables and Clark (among the all the other auto-shops.) Then again, I only drove by and saw the sign, so I have no idea how good they can be.

That's Kon's Auto..my mom always brings her car there. The reason they say Volvo-Subaru specialist is because a guy working there (Kon maybe?) used to work for Subaru, maybe Docksteader since they are Volvo/Subaru.
