Post Kumho Tires

Hi

I was thinking for next year in order to make my car more competitive in E stock to get a set of Kumho's. I noticed on the Tirerack that they dont't seem to offer them in the stock size. So I thought I would ask if there is a rule to follow when putting slicks on your car. I want to use the factory rims so they will need to be 16's. Does anyone out there run a setup like this, and what are their specs.

Thanks in advance

As long as they fit inside the fender well, you can put whatever size tires you want on your stock wheels. The wheel size is limited, but tire size is not restricted by the SCCA rules. I would suggest 225/50-16s, although you may have rubbing issues.

next year legacy GT is going to be moved to H/Stock, go to SCCA.org and download the october fastline. might affect ur decision for the need of R tires in that class. hehe....
