Okay. so you have alot of things wrong here.
Your knocking a bunch, and your A/F learning is pointing towards having a boost leak.

What is really odd though is that your car is pulling timing in a really weird way. You go from pulling a single count (-1.4) to pulling 7 counts of knock (-9.8) with nothing in between. I would take it easy on the car, and do a boost leak check and get your fueling sorted. Then we can see if you are still having knock issues with fueling that is back into spec.

I would avoid WOT for now.
Edit: you are probably knocking because you are out of injector room. You hit 108% IDC. You need to get tuned to get that back down.

Did you do anything to the car? Reset the ECU maybe? The two 3rd gear logs do not look anything alike.

Yeah that is very odd. Maybe a really bad tank of gas?

I would stop the WOT pulls for now - in the first log, your DAM has dropped to 0.31 - indicating severe perceived knock. Your fine knock learning was still as bad as -9 deg. in that log as well.

First thing to check is to make sure that you are running the +AEM version of your map and not the stock intake map. Go to "Tune" -> "Show Current Map" and report back the exact map name shown in the REFLASH slot and the exact map name show in the REALTIME slot. Each of these should be the stage 2 map and have "+AEM" in the name.

Also, it may be obvious, but make sure you are putting 93 octane gas in the car. If someone else drives your car at times and fills it up with gas, make sure that they are definitely filling up with 93 octane.

If all the above checks out, my best guess would be that have a boost leak. You do have some borderline extreme negative trims in 1st log and peak airflow/load is also a bit higher than you would expect for the average stage 2 GR WRX. I would get a pressure or smoke test of the intake tract done and if you find any leaks, fix them and then reset the ECU via the troubleshooting menu on Accessport.
