Default Install my turbo kit, please (loc. in WI)

I have called numerous shops, but no one really specializes in Subarus in Wisconsin. The only reason I want it installed by an I-Club member or someone close, is so I can watch and understand my setup much better. I also want to understand the tuning side of it. Basically my kit is a stage 2 kit, with intercooler. It's a T3 turbo, specked out to be like the T3/T4, only quicker spoolup. The only extra work is welding the flange to the end of the downpipe, and cutting old flange off greddy exhaust, and welding the flange given in the kit to the greddy piping. Also, the oil return line to the turbo runs off the valve cover, so drilling and tapping into it is involved. I have an EGT gauge and obviously the boost gauge for the a-pillar pod to be installed as well.

Other than that, the fuel pressure regulator comes pretuned. I will pay whoever will install it the time for their work. I won't pay per hour, because it's obvious that you could run into problems. I would want to pay one lump sum decided before the kit is started.

Anyone up for the offer to install my kit?
I live in Appleton, Wisconsin if you forgot to look at my profile to see where I was from.

Thanks, Kevin
