Default tranny problems?

hey wondering how weel your guys' tranny help up on the stage 2 93 oct. and is the pull on the car noticeably different?

Yes the car is noticeably different, much funner to drive. Tranny is fine for me. But then again, someone could go through a tranny in no time being completely stock. It's all in how you drive.

on my last wrx i had 90,000 miles on it. stage 2 for about 10k. ive launched it hundreds of times. and spun second on dry pavement a few times.

btw it was an early model 02. never had a single tranny problem

I have an Auto tranny in my 05 stg2 and it's fine so far... but I only have 5k since the upgrades :P

you will be fine with the tranny...just dont shift like its a honda

2003 WRX, 70K+ on my gear box. Been running AP for 50K. I track the car ALOT! Tranny has held up fine

thans for all the input guys! i really do appreciate it and im running stage 2 93 now i dk it feels liek it pulls only a little harder i guess we'll see the numbers when i track it tomrorow

My tranny has helped up fine with 80k on Stage2.
