Default Cruise Control

I want to relocate my cruise control to in my right front fender. Do you have to take the front bumper and/or fender? Has anybody done this themselves??? Thanks.

My bad, I was installing an ASR Stage II turbo, but I was using instructions from somewhere else, Ibroglei pointed me to them. Maybe if you see this Ian you can remind me who that was . . .

It's probably the instructions for the JCSports Turbo Kit as found on http://www.imprezars.com (Larry's site).
