Post Probably selling my Legacy GT wheels

Hey everyone, I've got a set of 17" Team Dynamics Monza wheels on the way for my Legacy. I'm probably going to sell my GT wheels to help offset the cost. They would come with Kumho 712's with about 7,000 miles on them. Not driven hard or autocrossed. I haven't really decided on a price yet, but I thought I'd post it here and give my Legacy friends a chance to think about it before I post it in the classifieds. I can take pictures of each wheel if needed, since I've got a digital camera now (yeah!). They're off of a '98 Legacy GT with 27,000 miles on it.

Question

I was considering putting a set of GT Wheels on my OB, so that I could go to a shorter sidewall. Maybe a 215/60/16 instead of the stock 205/70/15. Then someone told me I would be better off with a 16X7 wheel, and that the GT wheels are only 16X6.5. That is nice, but boy howdy, 16X7 rims are a HELL of a lot more expensive than a set of used GT rims. Any suggestions?

Lucien2- if you're looking for 16X7s for cheap, the RS stockers are that size and occassionally I see them for about $300-$400 a set on the classifieds board. I believe the offset is identical. But I think the GT wheels look better on the Legacy.

as a matter of fact, check this out...

I doublechecked my maintenence log, the tires only have 5,000 miles on them. Just to correct my earlier post.
