Anaheim, California.

Does it include instructions on how to install and also does the rear bumper beam need to be removed?

How does it install? the rear part looks like it drills into the rear bumper, but how does the front install? Does it require drilling?

Chris

When I helped my friend install his a few months ago, you need to trim off about 1.5 inches at the bottom with a dremel or some cutting tool and remove the bumper beam. Its almost a full days job if done carefully. But it looks real nice when its all done.
