Default 02 impreza trouble help

i'm haveing two problems, first i'll start with the runs great at anything below half throttle, once i hit half throttle or more it will misfire/pop out the exhaust bad,and hover at w/e rpm i was at when i gunned it

only code thrown is a misfire code, i tried fuel filter plugs wires,to no avail, maybey o2 sensors idk, sence it has to do with throttle position anyone know anyway to test voltage coming off throttle positioning sensor/ whats the normal voltage
i tried going to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong with the car

my next problem is what happened yesterday its a problem with the alarm,it happened while driving the car, the security light came on, and stays on now it randomly blows the horn 3 times could be in 5 minutes or 5 hours no idea what that could possibly be, any ideas? if not im disconecting the damn horn;\ for now the battery is disconnected

I'd post the alarm question in the electrical lighting for best results..
Don't the imprezas have coil over plug's? (not plug wires?)

I'm not explaining it.... Here is a link. It's a bit universal, but you'll get the idea...
