Used Accesport Compatibility?????

Ok, so my buddy has a used Accessport (yes, it's been unmarried) and he wants to sell it to me. It is for an 06 WRX so i'm good in that regard, and it's only flashed his ecu two times (does the accessport have a limit, similar to the ecu, that it can only flash so many times?) so can i buy this off him and it will be fine on my car?

the AP doesnt have a limit... he has an 06 wrx AP and you have an 06 wrx begging for an AP... your good to go!

just make sure he unmarries it!!!
