Whichever ones there lower less than 1.5 inches, which I believe are the H-tech and Eibach pro-kit.

Eibach pro kit on an 03 with stock struts, rides and handles great. Not too low, just right for me. You can find them cheap and brand new on Ebay, like $199 still in the box. They lower the car around 1.2 in.

We get snow that sticks 1-2 times in town, and the most I can remember is 4 inches or so, not much at all compared to Calgary. I drove it to the mountain and to Bend when there was lots of snow and the only problems I had were because of my tires, Goodyear F1's. If you put on snow tires it would be fine. I've gone and played in the snow a few times and not had any problems, I wouldn't worry about it.
