Default Upgrade 02 outback brakes from drum to disc?

Any one know the best way to upgrade my 02 outback sport drum brakes to disc?

What would make it the "best" way ? Any way you do it, it will be a pain- you have to change your rear hubs over to accept the disc instead of the drums, plus you need the calipers and rotors (obviously ). You will also have to mess with the parking brake cable. But it can be done .

Does Subaru or anybody make a kit to upgrade. Can I get the backplate from any junkyard Legacy?
