vf34 ap map vs. 16g ap map question

Right now Im running an AP with the stage 2.5 vf 34 map and was wondering if any of you guys running the 16g map stepped up from the 34/30 map. If so how does it feel in comparison? I have been thinking of swithing up to the 16g, or perhaps the super16g with a protune. I just want to see if anyone has done this and thinks its a worth while upgrade, or to just get the 34 map protuned. Any feed back would be great! thanks.

I'd say protune either way.
