Default What not to do when flashing ECU?

About to go stg1 for the first time. Just wanted to find out what not to do.
For instance make sure your battery in charged or use a trickle charger,,ETC.



what do you mean I just f'ed up my ECU...

Don't knock the AP cable out of the port. Make sure your battery is healthy. That's about it.

Read the instruction manual twice, flash after a drive when the battery is fully charged. Pretty easy stuff.

turn off radio, turn off lights, turn off everything that will drain the battery

Dont do anything unless the instructions tell you to.

I have talked to some people who tried to start thier car during a flash. (bad)

Don't flash the ECU in public... that's a no no.. do it in the privacy of your own garage..
