Default Testing Waters: FS: 2004 WRB WRX 42K close to stock

My 04 WRB WRX will be for sale soon, and im trying to get an idea of what its worth and the interest in it.
The Good:
Im in the process of rebuilding the stock ej20 with new rings, bearings and gaskets also T-belt, waterpump, serp belt and tensioner will be new.. The rest of the car has 42K on it. It will be pretty close to stock when its sold. Probably just the ITG foam drop in, DIY catch can, painted rims, cleared headlights, wingless, shift knob, autometer boost guage in the vent, STI oil cap and an intercooler sprayer with STI switch. I have a shorty intake you can have with the car too if you want it.

Paint is in good shape, no huge blemishes on the car, no rust obviously.

The Bad:
4th gear syncro is going. Grinds when shifting above 3000rpm, but not bad.
60K warranty is still active and transfereable, however may not be too effective due to non dealership motor rebuild. Your on your own with that.

Heres a couple pics. Lemme know what you guys would pay. For sale by the end of next month.

If it's under warranty, why are you doing an engine rebuild?

they wont cover me because of the mods listed above. They didnt void the warranty, but they said SOA would deny it. So the warranty is still active in paper, im just not sure how helpful its going to be when you get to a dealership.

why don't you just pull the mods and bring it back to the dealorship and say what mods? if they didn't deny it on paper they can't prove you ever had mods right?
