Default Took my spoiler off. anyone know where to get plugs?

I've always loved wingless wrxs so I decided to take my stock wing off. anybody know where I can get plugs to cover the holes on my trunk? also does anyone know the sizes of the holes?

I will eventually get the holes fixed on my trunk. just trying to keep water from getting in.

browse the isles of Home Depot or Lowes. I'd recommend getting something rubber and getting some sort of light sealant also. Post a pic of what it looks like when your done.

my friend did it with some rubber stoppers. hes going to get some little diecut sticker that matches his paint to place over it. a friend with an evo did it and his diecuts almost matched the paint perfectly

Why dont you just use Silicone caulking? It will stay semi-plyable and you can touch up paint it to match....beats tape?

I know this is a kinda old thread, but do you guys have pictures of your trunks plugged? I really want to go wingless but no one around me will trade. I can't imagine how you could plug the holes without it looking bad.

Best solution is probably to weld some metal to cover the holes from the underside then Bondo and paint.

On one of my old cars I used clear SILICONE caulking. It stays pliable, wont leak water, and will smooth out nicely. I'm pretty anal so I ended up getting the trunk professionally filled/painted...but in all honesty the silicone was a decent solution when compared to electrical tape. IMO

it is usually cheaper or the same price to buy a new trunk (RS) than it is to fill the holes and have it repainted. A new trunk is around $250 and a shop will usually charge that much to fill the holes not including paint.

Where would you buy a trunk for $250? I would pay someone that much just to swap with me but it seems like no one on earth has a wingless trunk they're willing to trade. I've been looking for over 6 months now.
