Default Computer -> PCMCIA USB card -> USB to serial -> AP

So that's what I'm trying to do. I have the street tuner. My tablet has two USB ports, one of which is used for the HASP key.

The other one is used to connect to the ECU or the AP via a USB to serial convertor.

I would like to run an Innovate A/F meter with Street Tuner; however, I need another USB port and USB to serial convertor to do this. My computer does not have a serial port.

I bought a Belkin PCMCIA card that has two USB ports on it, but Street Tuner cannot find the AP when it's plugged into the PCMCIA card.

Is there a way to tell Street Tuner to look on the PCMCIA bus?
