FEELER: FL 2005 Saabaru part out (rollover totaled, Rebuildable)

THIS IS A FEELER ONLY
(I need this to help me decide if a part-out is worth the effort or if I should just sell the enitire car)

The car is a 2005 Saab 9-2X Aero (WRX wagon). 6,241 miles
Body seems pretty banged up, maybe a little twisted (I'm no body tech)

The car now has a Florida title, Salvage-Rebuildable (less then 80% damage)

IF I do a part out it would be by system / major item, minimum $100

What I need are some offers and price discussion.

I think I'll be getting another Saabaru, so I would like to keep the Saab specific parts (lights, bumpers, grill, struts?, and steering wheel).

I had to turn off my PM & email due to overflow. I am subscribed and intend to reply at least once a day.

FAQs

I still have everything, nothing has been sold (this is a FEELER)
Interior is like new (plus glass & dirt), Exterior is basically wringled (rear doors are pretty clean)
Yes, those are STi wheels... not for sale... well, not yet (I have stock Saab 16"s)
Would like to see cluster go with engine (so the ODO is correct)
Color is "Satin Grey"
I intend to keep the Saab specific parts (lights, bumpers, grill, struts?, and steering wheel)

Are you going to get the body checked out by a tech? If the frame is straight then you could sell it for more to someone just looking to do roof/body panel repair.

If it's Arctic Silver and undamaged, I'll take the passenger fender. I'd also be interested in good condition door cards, the hvac / radio bezel, the whole shifter trim piece (shift boot, lighter socket, ashtray), and the glovebox.

And if I could have all of that, I'd come to Orlando to pick it up.

Good question, excellent point... I haven't, but I guess I really should

The adjuster thought the body had a slight twist because the doors were sagging a little...

Well I don't know... part of my problem is I'm still new to FHI and that's why this is a feeler... I'm researching and learning, but I also have a family and career... I need the communities' help on "packages" and prices...

Let's focus on the "big ticket" items real quick, because I think these will really decide it, not the little trim and brake stuff...

$2,000? ENGINE (from TMIC - Turbo, +ECU, +Cluster ?)
$xxxx TRANS & DIFF (5MT)
$xxxx INTERIOR (Front & Rear Seats & Door Cards, probably carpet too)

any other "big ticket" items... HVAC system? Passenger Airbag? Suspension?
